6. Payment Terms
Paid features are billed according to the pricing plan you select. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services including but not limited to ElevenLabs, Microsoft Azure, and payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Audie and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUDIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
